Threadgills during SXSW

On March 19, 2005, I assisted in the taping of Threadgills' afternoon acts for South by Southwest, including Michelle Shocked and Roky Erickson.  This included running camera, digital photography, and general production assistant duties.

Staple! Independent Media Expo

In March 2005, I organized and directed a two-camera shoot for the first annual Staple! convention for Chris Nicholas and Gary Bartos, operating one of the cameras and coordinating interviews, as well as general production assistant and grip work.

Women's Adventure Race

In September 2004, I organized and directed a six-camera shoot for the second annual Austin Women's Adventure Race for creator and executive director Jason Mittman, operating one of the cameras and conducting many interviews.  I then edited the footage to produce two shorts on DVD:  a sponsorship video, and a network pitch.

Annoud's Journey

From October 2004 through February 2005, I assisted in the production of UT student Javier Bonafont's senior thesis film Annoud's Journey.  In addition to being responsible for the rental and loading of the production truck, I have also at various points taken on the role of assistant director, camera operator, dolly grip, extra, production assistant, driver, and animal wrangler.

Local Live

From May 2004 through March 2005, I've periodically assisted in the videotaping of radio station 91.7 KVRX's Sunday night program "Local Live", to air on KVR-TV.  This has included lighting setup, running camera, digital photography, and general production assistant and grip duties.  I also edited the episode featuring local singer-songwriter Maggie Walters.

Love Builds to Serve

In August 2004, I assisted in the taping of interviews and b-roll footage for Triumphant Love Lutheran Church's fund-raising campaign, "Love Builds to Serve", including operating camera and general production assistant and grip duties.
